Elegant non-alcoholic sparkling rosé wine from notable New York winemaker. Sultry honeysuckle and peach blossom aromas on the nose. The palate is a fruit bowl of ripe peach, raspberry, champagne mango, and Bartlett pear. A dense blanket of tiny bubbles, soft but distinct tannins, and slate minerality on the long finish. Deserves its cult status.
